bad mouthing at work, road rage, reluctance to acknowledge own faults, excessive focus on performance or appearance, etc.
In this talk, I offer my take on how you take responsibility for the inner discomfort so your behaviour becomes a conscious response to the challenge you face, rather than an (unconscious) attempt to avoid feeling the discomfort within. By learning to give space to uncomfortable emotions, we empower ourselves to address the actual causes of our problems and conflicts which sets us free to act in new ways without losing ourselves.
